"We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good)."

"The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!"

"Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first."

"Air conditioning unit was whistling on and off all night! No sleep! Morning shower caused a leak in the ceiling of the entryway in the room. Reported on check out with no discount offered"

"The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that."

"The staff was amazing. I’ve been in 5 star hotels before and I never felt as welcomed. If I’m ever back there I’ll definitely stay there."

"The front desk receptionist was nothing less than rude during the check in. The lighting throughout is dark and needs upgrading. Honestly, the whole things needs to be upgraded at this point and it needs an ultra cleaning. The room floor clearly hasn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There were visible spills throughout the room. There was also a hand towel with makeup still on it."

"I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor."
