"Was talked into staying here for their nice hot free breakfast. What a joke mini muffins, cereal. No hot food. First morning came down at 7am. Had a toast. Nothing there but have frozen waffles. Was very very disappointed. The room was full Of dog hair on the floor. Almost cut my foot getting out of the shower. Shower handle was on wrong, waited for hot water and drain was very slow. If possible I would like a partial refund. "

"nice stay. decent price. convenient along I24. front desk staff nice. room decent, nice bathroom & soaps. comfortable bed but small pillows. good breakfast. bar with can/bottle options in lobby. Old Glory distillery couple minutes away… highly recommend, great space and food. have stayed here before and will stay again. "

"No coffee in the rooms, you have to borrow an ice bucket from the front desk, and because of all the construction workers staying there, wait til after 630am to shower. Really? Theres no hot water at 9pm either. Maybe instead of throwing the construction guys under the bus, you get a bigger hot water tank. Its clean and new but the "rules" are too weird for me to recommend this place."
