Reception was closed when I arrived early and was told to come back after 3 pm Nothing special Staff Barely smiling and lacking basic hospitality. very convenient location and parking , Bed was dangerously high, old and noisy . I Won’t be back there . Sorry to say . "

"They were in the process of painting the exterior. The only window in the room was covered with painter's plastic. While I totally support upkeep on the building, I feel like I should have been warned that there would be literally no view during my stay. This way I could have made an informed decision on where I chose to stay. I don't think my rate reflected that. Nice place otherwise."

"Excellent little hotel in ventura. Loved how close it was to downtown, the beach, and all the amenities available. Check in was very easy and the staff was really helpful. I stayed for a marathon and was able to get a great night sleep before the race. Good amount of parking and plenty of space for a person or a couple. "
