"They valued me and my family and appreciated us staying there. We had issues with the door lock and in 5 minutes someone was there to correct the problem. The food service team was attentive and couldn't have been nicer. The room was pristine and freshened up in the afternoon. Very enjoyable stay."

"Great location and in vicinity/walking to Reedy Falls, shops, food & ice cream, and Grand Bohemian Lodge, too! Walk the pathway along the river and seeing the boulder water falls was exceptionally special! Balcony was a nice view of city life. Not a great part of town. Front desk folks were cordial...

"Room was fine and clean. It is an old best western that has been refreshed. It was perfect location for what I needed. Breakfast buffet was ok. No complaints."
