"I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. I appreciate the stay at best Western. Thank you so much for asking my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and hiring."

"We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. They assisted with an early check-in and provided information about the many activities and areas to visit. The room was extremely clean and well maintained! The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful as well! Loved our stay here and will definitely return!"

"The hotel was very dirty and was not kept well on the outside. There was garbage everywhere. There was bugs. The bolt on the door didn’t work. The toilet ran very loud all night."

"Room clean, some holes in walls and door but nothing major. Staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but tasted good. We had a full kitchen and it was great, everything worked wonderful. Housekeeping was very helpful"

"Good location, Affordable Option when compared to many other nicer Chain Hotels. Not new, not spotless, not renovated yesterday....but a affordable budget hotel."

"Breakfast was good. Could not use the pool, they said they couldn’t find the key. The bathroom toilet was loose, poor paint job and fixing a wall in the bathroom. The exit doors you had to go through down the halls to the rooms, slammed loudly at night and kept me awake. TV was hard to use. Price was higher than it should have been."
