"I liked that the location is good, close to major highways, I80. 480, 71. Very easy to get to City from this hotel. Due to an event in the City it was overpriced, which was not nice."

"Room had a bad smell, blankets were dirty from the previous guest. Not recommended at all. High price for what you paying 👎"

"This is a budget motel and you get what you pay for. It allows you to keep your car there for $10 per night and transports you to and from airport. That makes up for a lot."

"Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of."

"Housekeeping didn’t come and take trash or bring new towels as I requested. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, one room we had was too warm and my mother in-law room was not working properly either. It the worst place but not near the best. A very mid hotel."

"I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!"

"The property was immaculate, staff was tremendous, not only a free breakfast but free dinner as well. Very centrally located walking distance to many things, (we went to Rock n Roll hall of fame and Guardians game.). My next trip to Cleveland this will definitely be my first choice."

"This hotel overbooked for the night I was booked and didn’t have a room for me when I came to check in. They didn’t offer to help me find a place to stay or offer any sort of solution. Expedia was also extremely unhelpful, offering repeatedly to put my son and I in a roach motel for the night. I ended up having to spend double the original price and took 3 hours to get into another hotel"

"The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!"
