"I’ve stayed here numerous times and plan to keep it as my go-to hotel in Wellington. Other reviews have mentioned many of the hotel’s advantages, but as someone who doesn’t like elevators, I especially appreciate that I can book a room without the sometimes complicated task of securing a lower floor afterward—since the hotel only has 2 floors."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "We had a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved having a separate lounge/living area, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The pool, spa, and sauna were all exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
