"I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. God bless your heart and your company management. "
