"I returned to my room around 4 PM and unexpectedly found a maintenance employee inside, even though I had not requested any maintenance or been notified that anyone would enter my room. I reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up or explained why he was there. "Although the rooms are large and spacious, there’s no hairdryer the coffee pots don’t work. The downstairs bar was not open to accommodate guests. The outside where you have to catch an Uber ride was loaded with trash and wet in front of the building. The on-site barber is not on site. You have to schedule in advance."
