"Late check in was handy, I arrived about 11pm as was the bar staying open until 2 am!! Air con was v.noisy so was left with choice of being boiling (with AC off), not being able to sleep because of noise, or opening the windows and listening to M5. I choose the second option."

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"A very cosy & modern hotel in a quiet & secure location with the loveliest yet professional staff. Spent a night during the work trip, was a perfect place to unwind despite being on the warmest day of the year! Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway. Will definitely visit for latter next time!"

"I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight, and unfortunately it was disappointing. The room felt more like a portacabin than a hotel room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the overall build quality felt very cheap and plasticky. Even basic amenities were lacking; there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and you have to go to another floor if you want a hot drink, which is inconvenient. "This hotel surpassed my expectations of an airport hotel! Really clean new and wonderful staff. Good breakfast It is literally two minutes walk to airport. As soon as you walk out of airport and cross the street it is there!"

"We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."
