"While the main lobby appears to be well maintained and upbeat, I can not say the same about the room. Linen smelled of old cologne. Black water initially came out faucets until we ran all of the faucets. Shower Water was very cool. Some cosmetic damages were very apparent. Room was not properly cleaned as I'm allergic to cats and dogs and it was signs of pets being in the room which triggered my allergies. It one thing if the price was lower but rate was $400 / night (including taxes and fees)....

All of the ice machines were inoperative and look to have been for quite some time.
The pool was a gross greenish color.
Very large potholes in the parking lot.
Breakfast was not free like it used to be at ANY other hotel I’ve stayed at.
Water pressure was terrible.
Pillows were horribly soft."

"The ice bucket was just a plastic bucket with no lid or liner and it leaked. There were no cups or anything in the room. The only microwave was downstairs where they serve breakfast. No plates or any utensils. Bathroom door didn’t shut and the room door you had to make sure it was closed. I’m not sure the lock worked."
