"Great location. Staff was friendly. The mini fridge in the room didn’t work, so our left overs spoiled. The chair had a smell to it. And The pillows leave a lot to be desired, even with an added 3rd it felt like I was sleeping directly on the mattress. But overall it was a nice stay."

"The room was relatively clean. It was very close to the airport. As for the room itself I was on the ground floor and I could not use the blackout curtains because if I used them the air conditioning would not cool the room. The room was very warm when I arrived and it never cooled down. The shower leaked water all over the floor into the hallway outside of the bathroom creating a slipping hazard. I did show the staff when I left."

"I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. That was the first thing I saw when I stepped into the building and I didn’t like what I saw I was disappointed but the room itself was nice, clean and when the air stopped working properly they instantly came and fixed it…"
