"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "

"nous passons régulièrement dans votre établissement. et cette fois ci j’ai demandé à être placé en réa de chaussée. très bon accueil et à l’écoute. nous avons été placés chambre 15. la chambre et la salle de bain propre, mes les canalisations doivent avoir un sérieux problème, car des remontées par la douche ont été très désagréable. c’est dommage. "

"Great place to stay. Great big room and amenities. Very friendly staff. Hotel is right near the train station which was convenient after a long trip to France. Had difficulty finding the exact location on Google maps but once we figured it out no issue. Easy to navigate to city center on trams. "

"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"Roomy, clean and quiet. Close to tram line B which goes to center of Bordeaux-get a multi trip pass at the tram stop. Walk one block to river side park that runs all the way to town center. Great location and helpful bilingual staff. Shops nearby -Carrefours for food etc. Restaurants next door and across the street. Has a garage for parking. Great place to stay-only minutes from town center."
