"We spent one night here to go see Niagra Falls- it was perfect- we were able to walk to every where right from the hotel- the room was clean- everything was perfect- but honestly my favorite part was meeting Warren at check in! What a wonderful person! From the second we met Warren he was all smiles, friendly and so very helpful! My whole family was disappointed we didn’t see him more during our short stay! In a day where customer service is lacking- the Hyatt Place and Warren are a 10 out of 10"

"My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side.
