"Out bed was slopped to the centre. I couldn’t breathe because of the dirty carpets. Ugg. I didn’t sleep a wink. We were out in the middle of the night with the rest of guests. Someone was smoking in a room and set off smoke alarms. The fire truck came and we were able to go back in to the bed where I rolled into my husband. So sad because our stay in London Westminster was exceptional."

"This was a brilliant stop over place on our long journey, clean, private and a relief from the car, setting upright for hours! I would definite recommend it. They had coffee and teas and microwave for quick meals be brought from lldil 10mins away. With a dining section opposite the TV, I was grateful after the long drive to just sit there with our TV meals!"

"The location is unbeatable for the historic dockyard (30 mtr) and gunwharf quay and rail station. Good breakfast nicely cooked and tasty. The rooms are to a modern decor with fans for the heat, as there is no air con. We had room 25 which is small, but adequate. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever had with a basin that is tiny. Good shower cubicle that takes most of the space. We would stay there again but not in 25."

"Breakfast very poor. Quality of food poor, sausages undercooked, bacon swimming in grease, fried eggs hard. Had to ask for milk, tea spoons and hot water. Coffee and hot water pot not labelled. Tables not cleaned and small bin over flowing. Room fan and 2 table lights not working . Shower gel empty on arrival. No information in room about hotel all done on a QR code.which is not practical for all."

"The only problem was the elevator does not go the the first floor rooms. Too many stairs with luggage."

"Great location close to everything, There was no air con in the rooms but the reception and bar had great air con. When asking the staff requests and them promising there would do it. They did not follow through with the requests even when going down to ask if they were still going to do so. The staff were very friendly The rooms could have had a but more tlc There was stains on the bed frame curtains and walls, the phone did not work and was missing buttons.
