"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning. On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus.
