"Just a beautiful place to stay on our trip in Fiji .Would stay again if the opportunity come up again.Dont forget to eat at the restaurant Wonderfull"

"The pool closes early. All activities were suspended due to winds. Adult pool only until 5 as they have a lot of weddings. We kept having to call for our drink at night. Very unhappy they told us the shuttle to town was working and when we got there is was not and cost 70.00 fiji money for round trip. Breakfast is good wish they had more drink options like mimiosa. Happy hour is fun but limited menu. Liked they had pool service. The room with the 2 beds they are more like a double then queen we...

"Friendly staff & location"

"niece resort on the Pacific (separated from the beach on y by a small local road with no traffic). Onsite restaurant is good for dinner and lunch (indian/Thai) Breakfast is okay but not great. Toast, fruits, cereal, eggs and sausages) we very much appreciated the flexible check out policies that allowed us to stay longer before catching our evening flight out of Nadi"

"Nice and clean hotel with awesome staff."

"I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a...

"Thank you for the excellent staff, clean room and meals are always appreciated and very tasty.."

"The ‘all inclusive’ isn’t just that. Cocktails, barista coffee and restaurants are not included. Apparently only if you book with my Fiji you receive cocktail vouchers amongst other benefits. The food was average at the buffet and lacked variety. Although the set menu at the Chinese restaurant was included, it was the worst Chinese food I’ve eaten, plus other tables who ordered after our receiving their food first. Cocktails average and some staff didn’t know how to make them. We also found...

"Had a really wonderful time with the family thanks to staff for looking after us. Enjoyed the meals and service. Enjoy the complimentary birthday cake for my sons birthday."

"We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍"

"Clean rooms and regular upkeep. Every time we left, we would come back to fresh sheets and towels. Staff were the best! So accommodating, welcoming and overall very friendly."

"Clean, decent property."

"We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and...

"We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. Our little one enjoyed the swimming pool and running around with no worries and the owner so lovely we had a full on conversation about life and future opportunities in...

"The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road."

"Love the spacious of the home and security so friendly and kept us feel safe all the time. I have no hesitation returning to this property again in the future."

"We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...
