"Everything was perfect. Check-in was fast, room was super clean and spacious. Love the hanging chair and the couch in the side of the bed because not many “small” rooms have a decent place to sit. Shower was really good and AC will always be appreciated. The property is in a nice location super close to the main train station, there are tons of places where you can eat and if you want to explore Salzburg, you can walk from your hotel to the main attractions without any problem. "Please discuss in detail the breakfast charges, as I was charged double, once when booking and once when checking out! Moreover, the menu does not change it remains the same except for some spreads, so if you are planning to stay for a week, then don't sign up for breakfast .. Last but not the least wifi of the hotel keeps asking to sign up again and again, every time you leave the hotel and come back1 so that is a no-goer, and I had to shift to roaming! The TV in the room has very few channels...

"Hotel was clean, neat and quite pleasant. However, I specifically booked it as it had air conditioning. That is not the case, and a dreadful lie! We stayed during a hot spell in July. There is no control to activate the air conditioning. When I asked, the staff informed me that that it will only operate when the temperature outside is higher then 15 c. During the day, it became over 29 c, and no a/c. My room was so hot, my phone was unable to charge due to the heat. Spent 2 unbearable nights...

"Quiet location. Daily supply of fresh fruits at the reception can be of a better quality. I saw apples with shrunken skin were there! The room was ok but the toilet has a weird smell. There is no mini fridge in the room! No ironing facility in the room as well. Staffs were generally friendly and approachable."

"Loved the free breakfast - there were so many great options. Outdoor patio was fabulous . I especially enjoyed the windows is that could open in the bedrooms to get some fresh air inside. Plenty of sitting to the left of the lobby for working or hanging out. Great proximity to the old town/restaurants/shopping."

"The room was clean and very well organized. We loved the rainfall shower head with the additional attachment! The air conditioning was particularly nice in July. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was very convenient to be able to leave our bags with the front desk staff when we checked out so that we could explore the city before taking an afternoon train to Munich."
