On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. "The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food...

"We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend"

However when I rented the room on Expedia it said it had whirlpool tub/spa suite and it did not have a whirlpool tub!"
