"We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back."

The bathtub was badly stained & striped/peeling we were told a bath mat would be delivered that did not ever arrive. Phone did not work anything we needed we had to travel down to the front desk from the 6th floor which attendants weren’t...

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. There were a couple issues with cleanliness of the room (ex. Dirty comforter on the bed, dirty bathroom sink) but overall, I would stay here again. The best part is the pool area. There is a basketball court, a fire pit and an area with a grill. Very nice for a budget hotel."

"The hotel is somewhat difficult to find, partly due to road construction but also due to poor signage. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the furniture was worn. The shower water pressure was great! We would stay there again because of its convenient location but it is certainly the best motel we have stayed at."
