"Room was clean and comfortable but there was an electrical issue that we brought to the attention of the staff. Staff extremely kind and helpful. We were told the issue would be corrected prior to the next check in. "

"My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...
