"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

Very helpful reception staff. If you like fine dining try La Tasca, just off the Markt Platz - absolutely outstanding. "

"Top locatie in gezellige wijk, nabij station Blaak. Compacte kamer. Weinig bewegingsruimte. Kan helaas geen raam open. Schoonmaak is goed. Wat lawaaierig als er doorgespoeld wordt. "

"Location is good, close to Markthal, shopping street. Staff is helpful. Hotel is old and needs restoration like scratch marks on window pane and the rubber caulking is peeling off. Don't know what happened that Friday night. It seems cars were racing against each other. There were honking, backfiring, people shouting, yelling and went on till about 2am."

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "The room was very small but the location was great and staff were very friendly. We also had an issue with the safe as it wasn’t working which was addressed to the staff."
