"Nice rooms and view of the river. Never stayed somewhere with a water refill station, which is super convenient. Most places give you a few complimentary bottles a day then make you pay for more. Love the variety of snacks that come in the room as well, and the packaging is great for safety. Placing a light switch and the thermostat by the bed is convenient. Great place."

"Room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable bed and pillows. One downside was the room would not cool down past 73 degrees. It was hot and made for pretty uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Would like to stay again but they need to get the air figured out. "

"The staff was so unprofessional with a bad attitude that he didn't let me sign the paper saying the exact check out time. One of the roomate smells bad and there wasn't windows that can be opened so I had to stay with the bad smell for whole day"

"I had a great trip, and would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Chicago. The hotel and rooms were clean, the hotel offered lots of services and was in a great location. In addition to a great location there was a beautiful view from the hotel windows! "

"Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast but we were there on a 60 deg day and the heat was blasting in the room. We couldn't turn it off and were sweating all night. I had called to ask about turning it down and they said it wasn't possible as the A /C wasn't yet working. If it wasn't for that, the stay would be 5/5"

"Stayed several times. Cleanliness is always top notch. Rooms can sometimes be on the smaller side. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Parking is so so. It would be much better if there was a valet service. "

"I still haven’t got my deposit back and it’s been 2days later. Also very very weird they have a sign in your room that if you use the soap you will be charged who charges for soap that’s ridiculous you can’t even wash your hands because they will charge you for soap "

"Great amount of space for a downtown hotel, however the room was showing its age with stained furniture, frayed couch covers, and cracks in the wall. Location was great and the bar and lobby are always beautiful. Overall we’d probably stay again but may start looking for other options if updates aren’t made."

"Breakfast was fresh, plenty of food. Staff manning breakfast were quick to replenish. Just wish they would greet :) I do appreciate the staff as I've worked similar job positions, so I have a high regard for everyone who works at hotels. They are the unsung heroes <3"
