"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"Check-in was quick but went to the room and the bed wasn’t made and no linens in room. Went back to the desk after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to come to room. She said she would move us to a different room. Went to new room that was a queen standard. We paid for a king suite! She would not discuss a credit to us for the lower class room. Hopefully someone will issue a credit of some type. "

"There wasn't a full kitchen, only a microwave. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly."

"Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!"

"We booked close to our arrival date as our plans to stay with friends fell through. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay. We enjoyed being close to the water/bridge and spent time watching the boats as well as the dolphins. Our room was small, BUT, efficient and had everything we needed. The addition of a full breakfast was an added bonus to our reservation. We would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend the hotel to others!! "

"The room is divided into basically 3 sections. A Living/Dining area with one small table, 2 chairs, a small refrigerator and a very small microwave; the bedroom with two night stands and a wall mounted TV; and the bathroom. No coffee maker and there is no continental breakfast so you're on your own there. There is also a reasonably sized closet although no hangers are provided. Take your own shampoo, they only provide soap and towels. No real issues with cleanliness, room and shower both...

"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"Clean overall and clean room. Good location. Only problem is they don’t enforce their no smoking policy. People continually smoking on their balconies and blowing into our room. One other wierd thing is there’s no security swipes to get into the pool area or hotel. Anyone can walk right in. We even saw non guests from the beach using the pool. Housekeeping is really good and takes pride in their work. "
