"Our room was clean, and the property was clean. The hotel is no frills, but you get what you pay for. Our home was being renovated, and we need somewhere close by that was reasonably priced to stay for a couple of days. The hotel did charge a double deposit because we were “locals”. I was not happy about that, but it was refunded in a few days. The breakfast consisted of waffles only and lukewarm coffee. Fortunately it is located near many fast food restaurants, a Wal-mart, and a grocery store....

"To me, looks like the building is new. I can tell with how fresh the caulking looks around the appliances and furniture.
Everything was clean and taken care of. I needed a room for a few days, and that’s what I got. I don’t have high expectations other than making sure I have basic amenities. I have a comfy bed, a TV, and bathroom. What more could you need?
The few people I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I don’t need much so it was minimal communication. I really only picked this...
