If i had known we was going to have issues with this hotel i would have booked elsewhere. However, the location was ideal for the reason we stayed but certainly won't be going back to that hotel again.

"It is a great location, right across the Tower of London. It is about 10 minutes walk from a tube so the transportation is good. the breakfast is on a high end of the cost but kid can eat free. So, it balanced out"
