"so the hotel is kind of old and there were ants within our bedroom. However, the toilet bowl, the sink and the floor in the shower were very clean, which I was happy with. It does need some updating though. The towels did not smell very clean. they smelled like they were stored where there was food, cooking or something. The guy at the front desk was very helpful very kind and accommodating."

"The balcony smelled like urine before we even got to the room. The room itself was filthy, the carpet and furniture were stained,ripped and had burn holes. We didn't even bring our bags in. Still trying to getour money back from the hotel or Expedia."

Expedia sent the customer a confirmation for one set of dates and sent the motel a different set of dates for our stay."
