"Lovely hotel in a lovely and convenient location. Upgraded my room and no complaints with it, comfy large bed and large shower area. The only big disappointment I had was that I was charged more for my drinks (beer) than the local's were charged. Originally thought I’d imagined it but I directly followed a customer coming in who spoke on first name terms to the barman, his draught beer was £5.40, mine was £6.00, as was my identical earlier one. After that I decided not to eat in the restaurant and went for a Deliveroo as a matter of principle. Never known this to happen before. Saying all that would recommend the hotel and location and would have no problem staying again."

"Now one of favourite hotels in uk. Staff made a special effort for my partners birthday and hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. Spa was great as was the food. Probably the tastiest sole I've had. Eating out in uk is too expensive nowadays but this was worth it"

"The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things, only to be met with a curt response and a poor attitude with an unwillingness to help."

"The breakfast was lovely, sat overlooking the river, service was polite and prompt. The room we had overlooked the weir and was spaceous. It was clean except for a glass"

"This is such a frat place. Lovely rooms, great food and one of my favorite pubs at the front. 5 min walk to Thames walks..it’s perfect. Watch out for parking though as can be tricky"

"The Inn with rooms is a great place to stay. Rooms are beautiful with a real personal touch from the team. Comfy, quiet, and well maintained in everyway. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and would highly recommend it."
