The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. "This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience."
