Julianna, her adult children and the rest of the staff keep the rooms in tip top condition. Every day they will prepare your breakfast to eat in your room to start the day. "Amazing stay for our first time in Naples. Greeted by Daniele who was super helpful with local tips and provided us with a full room your and gave his number in case any issues. We even messaged him on the morning of leaving and he let us stay an hour past check out which was very kind.
