"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

In addition the room they gave us was old on the 4th floor and it smelled like mold while the 6th floor was brand new. We asked to move but they had no rooms available until our last night. It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp. Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance.
