"I booked and already paid at 9:25 pm. Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer. Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer. Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!"

The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing.
