Pas eu de cadeau d’anniversaire malgré la confirmation de leur part. On a eu une attention pour l’événement mais avec une faute orthographe… pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. On a consommé le mini bar car pas d’affiche de tarif, pensant être gratuit comme nous étions en suite avec accès club. Au moment du Check out la surprise total. Très déçu de cette expérience malgré une belle chambre et le parc aquatique

It is an amazing resort, everything is beautiful and clean, we enjoyed it except that the beach wasn’t great. First day it was dirty with lots of litter then they probably cleaned it but still the water felt weird as if something stings so we just used the pools

Meget lang checkin tid, hvilket er en dårlig start. Bemærk at hotellet opkræver minimum 4000 bht i sikkerhedsstillelse. Hotelværelset er lidt slidt. Der var problemer med det varme vand. Vandvarmer kalket til og lappet sammen med fugemasse. Brusekabinen var fyldt med sort skimmelsvamp som burde have været fjernet med rengøring. Værelsets eneste stol var skæv og vippede når man sad på den. Køleskabet dryppede vand. Morgenmaden var god og varieret. Poolområdet reguleret af alle mulige regler hvor der bla. gives bøde hvis gæsterne selv medbringer mad og drikke på 500 baht Stort set alt på hotellet koster ekstra og er meget dyrt. Bla. koster legeområdet 900 bht pr person og familierummet 1080 bht pr. person. Priser for mad og drikke er ligeledes skyhøje. 2 dage på dette hotel var rigeligt, da havde vi brug for at komme videre

Superbe expérience. L’hotel est magnifique et la vue sur la plage tres jolie. Les chambres sont très agréables. Point négatif pour le petit dejeuner surpeuplé, avec souvent des plats vides dès 10h qui ne sont pas réaprovisionnés car le personnel est dépassé.

Amazing

Centara Grand Mirage was amazing! I can’t fault it at all!! Will definitely be back and next time the kids are coming as well, this resort has so much to offer the whole family and really doesn’t disappoint.

3泊しました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。 良い点:開放的でとても気持ちの良いホテルです。スタッフは、皆さん親切でフレンドリーです。お部屋の家具がステキで、落ち着いて過ごせます。シャワーの水圧は、申し分なく最高です。 悪い点:特にありませんが、強いて言うならエレベーターが3台あるうち1台故障していたため、使用するのに若干時間を要しました。
