This member was the member that handled check in so it was very obvious to the hotel staff that there may be an issue with stairs. "I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"Very run down. Hot tub out of order. My room had a musty smoke smell and our floor hallway smelled like wet dog (a service dog was staying on our floor). We paid $278 a night for a one star hotel. Will not be returning!"

"We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area."

I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean."

"This hotel had the perfect location right when you enter downtown. It was close to a variety of restaurants, bars and stores. We were able to walk to the pedestrian bridge by the river in less than 5 minutes. Valet parking was available for a small fee if you can’t find parking in the street. We will be back!"

"The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. This is a small area and two hotels, based on the outside look, this is the nicer of the two. Compared to prices of hotels in other areas with the 'name brands' this...
