"Decent hotel. Very basic though with nearly no amenities. Clean room and bathroom. The continental breakfast was the best part. Reasonable pet fee's."

"If you are at the tail end of breakfast you miss out. Handicapped parking was excellent. So close to our room, 202, a wonderful surprise. They are remodeling so our older room was dated but clean. The balcony was an added bonus we enjoyed. The lobby and halls are beautifully remodeled. We will return again and maybe get a newer room. Check in and out was easy and the staff, awesome! The price was crazy low, 1/3 of the place across the street. But in our 70's we really don't need a water park! Lol. It was quiet and felt safe. Thank you staff for helping us find the best pizza place and making it last minute getaway great. "

"I went on the internet and booked a room 05/02/2027 and hotel . Com gave me the wrong date. They told me to cancel the wrong date and reply. I did and they double price on me. I had to call to get my first refund. I was on the phone for over 1 hour. I was scammed I ask Quality Inn Dollywood and they told me $89.00 a night. I ask for a refund and they told me I would have to call Hotel . Com. That was a joke"

"The breakfast and evening kick back had good food choices. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. During the evening kick back from 5-7, the hotel offers each guest three free alcoholic drinks. I’m not a big drinker and figured that would be more than enough. On our first evening I didn’t think the drinks had any alcohol in them, and if they did it was extremely low. We were no there on the second evening. On our third evening there, I decided to drink one of my wife’s drinks, which put me at two beers, a shot of whiskey on ice, and a rum and coke. We had hiked 15 miles that day and there was no way I should have been able to drink that much and feel nothing! That’s why I don’t think there is any alcohol in the drinks."
