"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"This was our 1st time to stay at The Inn and it won't be our last. Staff was very nice, the room was very clean. We had a river side room and even though we were close to the Parkway, it was quiet when we sat on our patio."

"Skip free breakfast because it’s a complete nightmare. Only one elevator for entire u or H shaped property. Both hot tubs were not clean but the outdoor pool was nice. Had to call on 2nd dayfor clean towels and trash to be taken out. It’s amazing how pictures can be taken to enhance the property but don’t let them fool you 😂"

"Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions."
