"Check in and out was easy. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking seemed safe. I will definitely stay here again. "

"There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. "

"We seen a roach in our room. The pool did not have enough chlorine in it I actually caught i really bad ear infection after visiting. The hot tub does not work and is not in service. They do serve breakfast we spent the weekend down there because we were visiting my husband who is incarcerated the stay was ok for the price i guess."

"1st room we had the AC didn’t work, it was dirty (shrimp tails left on the floor from previous people, bathroom dirty, floors not clean in general) the remote for 1 tv didn’t work and the 2nd tv didn’t work at all. Management moved us to another room that had AC working. Cool, bathroom was nasty, floors were dirty, neither TV worked, only had a half roll of toilet paper(ran out of that and borrowed a roll from my brothers room) at least the sheets were clean I guess. Would not recommend staying...

"I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. "

"Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. "
