"暑い日でもしっかりエアコンが効いており冷蔵庫もあり、清潔に快適に過ごせた。洗面台の排水があまりよくなかったが、シャワー、トイレの給排水に問題はなかった。イギリスのホテルには珍しく、設備に不具合は一切なかった。ただ隣の部屋とつながるような構造になっているせいか隣の部屋の声が聞こえてくるのは不満だった。全体的にはいいホテルだが、隣の部屋とつながる構造の部屋は避けるように事前に注文しておいた方がいい。"

"Sofitel is always our go to when transferring through Heathrow. Convenient, quiet and nicely appointed. Added benefit that their bar stayed open to watch the world cup!. The only issue was a knocking/dripping noise coming from underneath our bath tub. Luckily we were too tired to care."

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"Convenient location, friendly staff"

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing! I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. My slight dissapointment came the saturday morning of the wedding day for breakfast,...
