"I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again."

You could not order room service when staying in a condo and it did not read like you could order pickup, so we ate most meals off of the property....
