We thought there might be consideration. Apparently, Expedia could not get a hold of hotel. Anyway seems were out 2 nights. No idea what it's like but communication non existent. Buyer Beware!"

"The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday."

The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "
