"The front desk, staff, or is absolutely amazing young gentlemen upgraded my room to a corner suite. The room was huge the king size bed in the middle lots of closet spaceb safe in the room, windows all the way around the room nice couch with ottoman and table and desk and refrigerator. The only thing missing that would've been a nice feature. Was the microwave oven to reheat any leftover from the restaurants they have a laundry service that was real affordable. I did not use the dry cleaning...

"You are about 15 minutes away from Mongkok Station, easy walk. There is a shuttle that will take you to and from major stations including Mongkok Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Kowloon Station where the Airport Express with In Town Check-in . A good property at a reasonable price."

"My only problem was checkout.... there were a few of us lined up to check out or in.. but they kept taking people who wanted to checkout without lining up.. they just walked up and gave them their cards which still took time. They could have made a line for fast checkout instead of having polite people wait until they get pissed off. "

"Very chic and austere…and the front desk was incredible. I came in on crutches and Guy at the front desk recommended the right place to go to get chef out. Restaurants abound. Quiet, clean and very comfortable (esp the pillow top bed). Wish there was a restaurant on site for breakfast, however. That’s said, it got us out! "

"I call several time to ask for the shuttle that was the reason why I chose the hotel. None answered and at the end there was not shuttle. They don’t have a restaurant and the street where is the hotel is really bad and smell as Fish. We paid the same in and other hotel name Nina hotel "

"Deluxe room with comfortable bed, we stayed a few years ago and the bed was bigger. Poor slippers, bathroom supplies and no robes. Good breakfast! Good shower! Stained carpet and do a couple days there was an intense smell of bleach."

"Location is great but not enough amenities inside the room. TV is facing a small table but there’s nowhere to sit to watch. Unable to reposition the TV so you can just lie on the bed since there’s no chair to sit on. And towels are paper thin like towels. How are we helping the environment by using these kinds of paper thin towels. These towels costs 200 HK. They don’t dry the person well after showers. Garbage can in the washrooms are extremely small. Otherwise I would say just ok but...
