"Check in person was nice, he didn’t explain anything about the hotel at all, no breakfast hours, wifi or anything, he just asked me if we had a car, gave us the keys and that was it, he didn’t even say where the elevator was or anything, it was a very brief check in, it was a bit disappointing to say the least. "Advertise that parking is included. Get there and the you get there and it’s first come, first serve. Had to park on street and leave my 7 am. Totally ripped up chair cover. Got there, key did not work twice. Finally got in and room had not been cleaned. Had to switch rooms."

"Don’t do it. I’m shocked at the positive reviews I read for this property after actually being there. Yes, it's a cheap motel near a freeway, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. This place was horrifying. From the high security check in, to the tiny rooms which smelled like cat pee and cigarette smoke, and the seedy crowd milling around the parking lot, it definitely was not clean or pleasant! I received a list of property "rules" at check in that showed they've had issues with drug and alcohol use...
