"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!"

"Quando chegamos ao hotel a recepção estava fechada, assim como o restaurante. Não havia ninguém para nos receber, as pessoas a volta disseram que o dono tinha tido um problema e que viria alguém para nos abrir a porta. A pessoa chegou e informou-nos que iríamos ficar sozinhos no hotel, sem nenhum funcionário nem restaurante como consta nas especificações. Recusamos e agora o hotel recusa a devolução do dinheiro. "
