"Our room had a dirty rag laying on the air conditioner upon arrival. Our door also had to be fixed twice because it locked us out."

"Property was fine room was adequate. TV was small and could have had a kitchette in the space...especially since there was no complementary breakfast? For our accommodation, the price could have been lower."

The last straw was the morning we where leaving, we got woke up at 3 am to a loud thud then again at 4am this time it sounded like they where trying to come thru the floor, then at 6am it started again I finally had enough and went down to complain for the 3rd time! Just to be told they will let them know to be more quit, just for second later the guests above starts...

"First they let someone with as VERY loud dog stay there. The dog barked all night and I was woke up at 7am by this loud German shepherd. The room was so so clean when we checked in. and you have to pay for ice, and the machine will double charge you. The pool was the best thing about the stay."

"We arrived at the Flamingo and they told us we didn’t have a Reservation. We had to find another hotel. There were 3 complaints in the lobby at the time we were wondering why we didn’t have a reservation. Apparently they overbooked and didn’t have a room available."
