"I particularly like the 24/7 availability of brewed coffee from the lobby area. I stay between work schedules and usually have to leave before the breakfast hour. Room coffee is never that great so I appreciate this approach. The room is quiet and dark enough for me to sleep well."

"The hotel was extremely dirty. The front lobby’s floors looked as if they’ve not been mopped in months. The furniture was visibly soiled, the carpets in the hallways were caked with dirt, crumbs everywhere, there were pills in front of some of the rooms."

"Good water pressure."

"The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice"

"Clean rooms however bathroom could use updates by installing walk-in showers for the handicap with safety bars as well as ceiling repairs both the cloth chair and window dressing could use a cleaning or upgrade Overall with this economy still on the expensive side however it is what it is.. It's the staff convience and peaceful atmosphere, friendliness of extended stay guest .Overall 7 out of 10."

"Decent hotel for the price."

"Elevator has been broken for two weeks and still putting people on the fourth and third floor rooms was somewhat clean"
