"This place is the perfect spot if you are traveling around Vienna. Literally on the doorstep of the central train station and next to a main underground station and tram stop. There is a Lidl and Aldi nearby so perfect if you want to grab some food in. There was a small kitchenette which included a hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, sink and dishwasher. The shower was nice and powerful so 10/10 there. The bed wasn't that comfortable but I have slept in worse beds. The only downside to the room...

"I paid Parking for five days. Every time I went out, I had to fight not to pay again because the tickets the Hotel gave me would not work. Frustrated… I could not take my car in and out… So I was limited to using my car. Very frustrating!!!!!!! One of the times I had to back up and then take my car and go park it again… you had to walk all the way from Lyle into the subway hub all the way around building to get back to the hotel… …….basically they said we’re third-party. We can’t help...

"Wir waren bereits vor etwa 10 Jahren im IBIS Mariahilf. Aufgrund der guten Lage neben dem Westbahnhof fiel die Wahl auf dieses Hotel. Der Empfangsbereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Der Check In erfolgte zügig. Die Frühstückszeiten wurden nicht genannt und war auch nirgends ersichtlich. Unser 3-Bettzimmer Zimmer 609 war dieses Mal in schlechtem Zustand: der Teppichboden hatte viele große Flecken. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel sichtbar. Einen Kühlschrank, Safe, Telefon oder Wasserkocher sucht man...

"Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around...
