"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."

Two big malls very close by, Simpang Lima just a minute away, and clean sidewalks to stroll. The breakfast is plentiful and good. Recommended hotel, for sure."
