"I left an item in my room and couldn’t reach an employee to help me for days and days . They kept telling me someone would eventually call me back from housekeeping .
The item was never found , meanwhile I was certain i left it in there , it was just a matter of forgetting to grab it . Awful customer service and untrustworthy staff"

"Love the hotel, the area and the staff. My only complaint was the walls are very thin & could hear the toddler screaming and Dad(assuming) yelling to stop but toddler wouldn’t for long time til finally fell asleep. Then in the morning could hear same people talking/laughing- woke me up. Other than that we loved this place."

"Other than being given a room with 2 full size beds when I booked 2 queens. The hotel and room was very nice for the price. Staff was helpful and moved us to a correct room after they were able to reach the manager."

"I am a frequent traveler to this hotel. The hotel always clean and filled with nice amenities. I have noticed a mass change in staff members. That is a little concerning. But the stays is always great. I would love a bit more varieties in breakfast as i always struggle to find food that is appealing to me"
