The security was sleep in the back of the building with her car positioned right in the middle of the street so we were unable to park in the lot and there were no other spots due to a late arrival of our flight. "Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master. I tried wiping it, but it probably needs to be scraped off or cleaned with a wet cloth. The carpet felt crunchy under our feet. There was a huge spill at the entry of the building that we...

"Rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds, elevators were fast and the breakfast wasn't half bad. Only complaints would be the bathroom is on the smaller side but understandable since room is bigger. Also the valet lost their keys to lock box that contained our car keys so we were almost late for our daughter's performance. Hotel doesn't offer self parking so your stuck with the $45 a night valet parking. "

"East Austin Hotel is in a great location in walking distance to great restaurants, bars and comedy clubs in downtown Austin. The hotel itself has a very retro/boho vibe and the rooms are very clean and modern. The onsite restaurant has a great menu as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again. "
