"Employee ok but the hotel is old and smelly, our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. No fridge inside the room, bed sheet does not seem to be cleaned. Air conditioner and heater not working. Parking is $50 per night for this kind of hotel. Feel like staying at motel. "

"This is the third time I have stayed at Hotel Lulu, and it was great as usual. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking, even though a little expensive in my opinion. Room rates were a great deal, so that made up for the parking price. The Anaheim Resort Transit bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's very convenient to take. Walking to Disneyland is not bad, and most do, but I prefer to take the bus and save the steps for inside the park. Hotel staff ate always nice and...

"The property was cute. I wish they would have mentioned they were under construction/ renovations and not to use a certain entrance. Our family went up the wrong way and thought we were in a horror film!! Once we arrived at our room it was nice. We had the family room with bunkbeds. I wish more hotels offered those. However I would recommend not having the A/C unit next to the bunkbeds. The kids were cold. Overall nice stay. "

"The workers at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Check in was so nice and easy and they even let us check in early, because we came from the cruise port in Long Beach early. They were very knowledgeable about transportation etc. the Metro is very close to the hotel which made it very convenient for use to go to diff areas of the city. "
