"Excellent value for money, location is walking distance to resort world and the NEC. Plenty of parking.
Rooms are a decent size, clean and the bed is comfortable. No aircon which isn’t normally a problem. The shower is over the bath which is a bit difficult to get in and out.
Restaurant and bar both food plenty of choice. Our 4th visit and we will return"

"Beautifully maintained property, quite stunning from a distance.
The room and bathroom were excellent, spacious and with every facility.
The inclusive breakfast was brilliant value included within the room rate.
The receptionist when we arrived Sat evening was great and knew what he was doing.
They are obviously training new staff which did lead to long waits at the bar and the reception in the morning but all in all everyone was kind and helpful.
Highly recommend for a stay in Birmingham,...

"The evening meal available consisted of a vegetarian or meat three course meal presented as a buffet.I thought the quality and value for money was excellent.Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive as were all other staff in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay whilst attending a conference nearby."

"Nicely furnished room, clean and tidy, nice stay, breakfast good,,probably breakfast heat lamps be better turned up to make food hotter, if possible, overall, very enjoyable,, needs more information, signs how to get to back of the hotel, to use the car park"
