"It was under construction, some stuff ,was not finished,did not clean rooms at all,didn't have any dishes or pots and pans,so WalMart made a lot of money the Hot Tub was not finished, it looked NASTY.Our room was so small,with 2 beds in it,the beach view was Halarious.Other that that it was ok at best.Been nice if we were told all this b before we got there."

"We stayed at Crown Reef Resort for four days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the pools. They were absolutely filthy—very cloudy with debris floating everywhere. We found fake eyelashes, hair and press on nails on the bottom of the floor, KitKat wrappers, and other trash in the water. It was honestly disgusting and looked like the pools hadn’t been properly cleaned or shocked in a long time.
The rooms were small and in desperate need of updating....

"This hotel engages in unfair business practices. Although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, staff informed guests that rooms were not ready and could not provide an ETA. I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes to get into my room. The hotel forces you to pay for a full day yet denies you access until late into the afternoon."
